Return Policy for Apex Laptops

At Apex Laptops, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • You can return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as gift items or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Once the promotional or gift item is received, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you prefer an exchange for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
